Baby Fox

On a 5.4 mile hike with my Sister yesterday, she spotted this baby fox laying in the middle of the path. He was so cute, I had to dedicate this blog to him!

After we woke him up, he had to yawn, of course!

Then he had to stretch!

And what are these crazy people doing? Why are they watching me, and using those snappy things?

Oh, Hi! Should I go home with you??

Can you go away now? I'd like to go back to sleep!

This is my son Dillon. He didn't know I was taking this shot. It's turned into one of my favorite pictures of him...

Another hobby I have is to take pictures for a few local fire departments. This was a controlled training burn. Seal Cove, ME.

A close up of some rhododendron flowers. Tremont, ME.

An old fire truck wheel.

American Eagle. I was just lucky enough to see this guy hanging out in a tree as I drove by. Somesville, ME.

These are a few of my older pictures. I have Photoshop, and have been playing with a few pictures.

This was taken in Seal Cove. This is the original picture...

This is the Photoshopped version. I love both. =]

This is my Father holding hands with a friend's baby. The past and the future...

I work strange hours as a Police/Fire/EMS Dispatcher, so I can get great sunrise or sunset pictures! This is sunrise over Southwest Harbor...

Considering how much I hate them, I'm surprised I can get spider pictures! lol

These pictures were taken in different areas today. The weather was sunny, and it was around 80 degrees out.

Water spilling over a fishway. Mount Desert.

A waterbug and his shadow. Mount Desert.

Another sunning turtle. I love the reflection on him. Mount Desert.

Bass Harbor Head Lighthouse.

I'm not sure if this is sap or dew on these mushrooms, but it was so pretty...

This squirrel wasn't sure what to think of my dog. Seawall.

Walking Pictures

These pictures were taken while walking in Acadia National Park today. The weather was sunny, the temperature was around 70 degrees.

This turtle was hanging out and sunning himself.

I love his reflection...

This poor guy was trying his hardest to get up on this log, but there was just no way he could! He finally gave up and swam to a log next to him that was lower...

Another turtle sunning himself.

I love the reflections on this one.

A frog sunning himself.
